Close Encounters

Helsinki-St. Petersburg 2015

Original music for original people

The international Close Encounters Helsinki – St. Petersburg festival offers a multicultural venue for ambitious young musicians and their fresh ideas – bringing together musical genres and nations. The festival takes place simultaneously at prominent venues in Helsinki and St. Petersburg with participants from The United States, Germany, Latvia, Estonia, Russia and Finland.

9.2.2015 False alarm!

Forget about our previous announcement! Our Wednesday’s concert in Oulunkylä will be held at Oulunkylän nuorisotalo [youth centre] after all. The youth centre is located on Kylänvanhimmantie 25B. Welcome!

5.2.2015 Slight changes to the program

Due to water damage, the concert at Oulunkylän nuorisotalo has changed its venue to Oulunkylän seurahuone (Larin Kyöstin tie 7). Nothing else has changed, the timetable is still the same and the entrance is still free. Welcome!
